Little Millennium Badharghat
Playgroup to KG-II on the same premises as the institute — activity-based learning, foundational education and the overall development of young learners.
The early years wing
Where the first four years
of school happen.
Little Millennium Kids School runs on the Asiatic premises at Badharghat. It takes children from Playgroup through to KG-II, and it focuses on activity-based learning, foundational education and the overall development of young learners.
At this age, the work is not to push children ahead of the syllabus. It is to give them a room where sitting down, finishing something, asking a question and getting along with the child next to them all feel normal — because everything after this assumes they do.

– KG-II Four programme levels, on the Asiatic Institute premises.
Programmes
Four levels, in order.
Each level assumes the one before it and prepares for the one after — so a child moving up is never starting from scratch.
How we teach here
Activity first,
worksheet after.
Foundational education works when a child has handled the idea before they are asked to write it down.
Activity-based learning
Concepts are introduced through material and play, then written — not the other way round.
Foundational literacy
Sounds, letters and early reading built slowly and in sequence, so nothing depends on memory alone.
Foundational numeracy
Counting, quantity and early number sense using objects a child can hold.
Overall development
Speech, motor skills, confidence and getting along with others — treated as part of the syllabus, not extras.
Trained early-years teachers
Staffed from the same tradition our teacher-training college teaches — NTT, ECCE and Montessori practice.
A room built for the age
Materials within reach, work that can be finished, and space to move — a classroom scaled to four-year-olds.

Little Millennium
A joyful start is not a soft one. It is the hardest thing to get right.
